REFUND
If you’d like a refund, please check the fit of your order while the courier is still with you. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, simply hand it back to the courier without making any payment.
EXCHANGE
Once the courier has left, refunds will no longer be possible. However, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

After we ship our order to our delivery company, they'll send you a order tracking number to track your order!

Deliveries are made on business days only (Saturdays to Thursdays). No deliveries are made on Fridays or public holidays.
